Job responsibilities: 
 Assist with day to day responsibilities of the Admin & Procurement Department
 Provide clerical and administrative support to the Admin & Procurement Department 
 Provide logistical support for trainings and orientation to newly hired employees including but not limited to training venues, office supplies, meals and transport and stay arrangements 
 Assist in Taking custody of all office assets, including ensuring safety, managing insurance, office rent, vehicle usage, tracking movements, regularly updating the Asset register and assisting spot checks. 
 Assist in tracking of the office supplies stocks and needs of the head office and the branches and ensure that they are replenished in a timely manner 
 Assist in scheduling material purchases and deliveries and verifying current inventory 
 Assist in preparing Purchase Request, Purchase Order and Invoice Authorization Forms, Sort incoming supplier quotations, invoices and payment requests, Code invoices and obtain authorisation for payment, File all invoices, payments and receipts 
 Assist Easy Microfinance staff with their travel arrangements when needed 
 Assist the Admin & Procurement Manager and Officer as needed for the construction and opening of new branches 
 Assist in all other admin and procurement tasks as assigned 
 University degree 
 1 to 2 year experience in the Admin and Procurement field of which at least 6 months at a Junior clerk level or other acceptable Administrative capacity 
 Good communication skills 
 Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment. 
 Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures 
 Ability to multitask and meet deadlines when required 
 Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and work independently 
 Skills in database management, record keeping 
 Excellent organizational skills. 
 Willing to travel around Myanmar as assigned 
 Possession of a valid driving license is preferable 
 Capability to express him/herself in English and fluent in Burmese language
