Job Responsibility--------------------------------------------

• Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting and selection process effectively in order to maintain, attract and hire the right candidates in the right place in right time to ensure well utilized workforce growth for the company.

• Responsible for to attracting, screening, selecting and on boarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill job openings within the setting time period in order to efficient time track record and recruitment efficiency analysis etc.

• Organize recruitment strategic sourcing solutions, budget and activities to attract the quality talents by utilizing the relevant knowledge and skills in the organizational effectiveness.

• Well-managed the employer branding activities and social medial related effective for effective organizational employer branding purpose to ensure a better organizational image.

• Responsible for database management system, subject scheduling, running study specific queries and subject tracking for process efficiency to support the update recruiting trends.

Requirement--------------------------------------------

* Relevant Bachelor degree or above

* Experience in employer branding activities

* Understand different candidates assessment tools for various positions

* Well versed in various recruitment channels and solid knowledge in interview methodology

* Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices within talent acquisition

* Good in English 4 skills, good interpersonal skills with all level of organization

* Skilled negotiator with ability to influence internal and external customers, suppliers and candidates

* Good computer skills with Microsoft- word, excel & PPT and update recruiting tools and trends
